4. Information We Collect
4.1 Through the Sparkle Select App
Sparkle Select is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not operate a backend server, we do not have user accounts, and we do not collect personal information about you directly.
What stays on your device (and is never transmitted to us):

Your app settings (Beginner Mode, Accessibility Mode, Sparkle Reminders)

Your notification preferences

Which team color packs you have unlocked
All of this information is stored locally on your device using standard system storage (AsyncStorage). Uninstalling the app deletes this data from your device.
What is handled by third parties (not by us):

When you make an in-app purchase, Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) processes the payment. We never see your credit card information, name, or address.

RevenueCat is a third-party service we use to remember which team packs you have purchased, so your purchases are restored if you reinstall the app. RevenueCat receives a device identifier and receipt information from Apple or Google. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment information.

Apple and Google may collect standard analytics about the app (crashes, active installs, downloads) for their own purposes as part of their app store services. We receive aggregated, non-personal reports from them.

Local notifications (reminders you enable in Settings) are scheduled on your device by iOS or Android. We do not operate a push-notification server. No notification content leaves your device.
4.2 Through Our Website and Shops
What we collect when you visit thebabysbooty.com, thebabysbooty.store, or hotfixfix.store:

Information you provide directly: if you place an order on thebabysbooty.store or hotfixfix.store, you give us your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number. We need this to ship your order to you.

Payment information: payments on thebabysbooty.store and hotfixfix.store are processed by our e-commerce provider Ecwid and its integrated payment processors (for example, Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number on our own servers. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor you choose at checkout, subject to their own privacy practices.

Standard technical information: when you visit any of our Websites, our hosting provider and Ecwid may automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is used to operate the sites, prevent fraud, and understand how the sites are used.

5. How We Use Your Information

6.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so (for example, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or government request) or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
6.3 Business Transfers
If The Baby's Booty is sold, merges with another company, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change in ownership and of any material change in how your information is handled.
6.4 We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Sparkle Select is a craft-hobby app intended for adult hobbyists and craft-business owners.

We are based in the United States. If you use our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on applicable safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers, where available.
